The distinctively smooth, nourishing texture is rich in essential lipids and provides intensive moisture and a luxurious skincare sensation. KEY ACTIVE INGREDIENTS A special complex of sea water and algin activates synthesis of ATP, collagen, and elastin. The skin around the eyes looks tighter and gains up to 30% more firmness. The eyes look more alert and open; the upper eyelids appear lifted. Bags under the eyes, dark circles, and wrinkles are minimized immediately after application. The HSR Lifting active ingredient complex is effective against all types of wrinkles:
