PRODUCT DESCRIPTION An intense black liquid eye liner with a glow effect. Effect It creates a clearly defined yet subtle line, or a more dramatic line, above the lash line. Ideal for accentuating the eyes and for making the lashes appear thicker. Benefit Liquid Eye Liner is deep black and has a shiny, almost glossy finish. The extra-long wand gives you excellent control over the liner, while the high-tech tip facilitates precise application. It is also waterproof and long lasting. Application For a subtle look, place the liquid eye liner against the first lash on the upper lash line and gradually draw a line from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
For a really dramatic look, draw an additional line above the first one, starting from the center of the lid, and tapering off at the outer corner of the eye. Fill in the area between the two lines.
This is easier to do if you apply the liner in small strokes that flow into one another. To steady your hand, lean it gently against your face.
