Effect Allows super easy contouring of the area around your eyes; glides softly and smoothly over the delicate skin around the eyes. Contains nourishing avocado and olive oil. Benefit The Gel Eyeliner Pencil is smudge-proof and waterproof. It is extremely long-lasting and does not smear into the crease of your eyelid. Application Apply it to the outside of your eyes along the lash line and blend it in as needed. To do this, gently blend it with the soft applicator immediately after application. Ingredients
