Effect To turn the spotlight on your eyes, you can use the highlighter with a thin, fine brush as an eyeliner – either to create a dramatic contour of the eyes or as a gentle fade for a soft transition in the eye make-up. Benefit Thanks to its liquid, highly pigmented texture, the highlighter can be gently blended into the cheeks, eyes, bridge of the nose, and the Cupid’s bow – for soft, shimmering accents.
